Centralized city water supply. Each apartment shall be provided with water consumption meters in the communication shafts.

Each apartment shall be equipped with electricity meter.

Ventilation
Buildings shall be provided with natural and forced ventilation. Inflow of the outdoor fresh air in the living rooms shall be provided through outdoor air inlet valves located in the external walls. Bathrooms and kitchens shall be equipped with air exhaust systems. From bathrooms and kitchens general air exchange systems shall be provided with main air duct risers. In kitchens the air from local cooker hoods shall be exhausted separately from each floor through channels installed in the construction structures.
