Unimarine Business Center - a stylish six-storied building that meets all international standards of class A office center. Company Unimars developed its first office center Unimars Marine Center on Duntes street a few years ago. The first project was a success and the company decided to build one more office center - Unimarine Business Center - next to the already operating Unimars Marine Center.

Unimarine Business Center on Duntes Street is located in a rapidly growing business area, on the north-west of the city, only 10 minutes drive from downtown. Riga sea port is nearby. Great location, defined by proximity of major transport arteries (Duntes street, Ganibu Dambis, Valdemara street) allows to get to any destination without traffic jams and transport problems. Currently Duntes street has a shopping center SKY, a high-rise residential building Duntes Ozoli. Bank affiliates are in the vicinity of the center. In the future a new transport artery – North Tunnel – will lay across this area connecting it with Pardaugava area.
