A dwelling complex consists of three detached buildings- two modern dwelling houses of four storeys (blocks Nr. 1 and Nr. 2) and one building- an architectural monument- built anew (block Nr. 3). The dwelling complex represents a perimeter building and consists of three detached buildings. Such environmentally friendly and safe materials as glass, wood, metal, decorative plaster are to be used for the decoration of two modern buildings. Every flat has its own terrace as well as high and wide French windows (floor to the ceiling), which create an impression of merging into the nature so beautiful every season and for every mood. For the decoration of the renovated architectural monument wood and decorative plaster along with different decorative elements, which would resemble the architecture of Jurmala in the beginning of the last century, was mainly used.
The area (6508 square meters) where the construction is planned
to be held is located in Jurmala, in Bulduri, at the intersection of
Bulduru Avenue and Vienibas Avenue, the address is 33 Bulduri
Avenue.

The unique feature of this project is that the dwelling complex is
located right on the shore of the gulf of Riga only 100 meters away
from the sea. At the same time it is 9 kilometers till the Riga airport
and 18 kilometers till the center of Riga.

An urban infrastructure is very well developed in the area of the
dwelling complex, there is a health complexes nearby, some 10-15
minutes away on foot there is a sport and leisure complex, aqua
park and supermarket. The quality of the Bulduri sandy beache is
approved by the European Blue flag.
