According to the requirements of energy efficiency, the front walls of the apartments and attic space were insulated, individual heating counters were installed in each apartment. For the convenience of the residents, we arranged a stroller and a parking lot, a storage room, and the possibility to charge electric scooters. The renewed historical stairwells of the houses help to preserve that special aura of the house.
