New apartments in the renovated quarter is located at Maskavas Street 48, between Maza Krasta, Maskavas and Dzirnavu streets, and faces the Daugava, therefore some of the new residents will have a view of the river from the windows. The quarter is a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, the Central Railway Station, the Origo and Mols shopping centers.

We fulfilled a complete renovation of the buildings including the replacement of all utilities - electrical wiring, water supply and sewage networks; a new gas heating unit was installed; windows and doors were changed; the facade of the buildings were restored; a new roofing was laid. We have installed a new 'Schindler' elevator in 1 of the buildings. According to the requirements of energy efficiency, the front walls of the apartments and attic space were insulated, individual heating counters were installed in each apartment. For the convenience of the residents, we arranged a stroller and a parking lot, a storage room, and the possibility to charge electric scooters. The renewed historical stairwells of the houses help to preserve that special aura of the house.
In the Rēdera Nami houses everyone can find a suitable apartment for oneself. We offer conventional planning apartments as well as the two-storey lofts with terrace. The view can be on Daugava or Old Riga. All properties are supplied with high-quality interior designed with natural finishing materials. A well-laid three-layer parquet, 'Villeroy & Boch', 'Laufen' and plumbing 'Grohe', stone slabs and veneered doors carefully selected for the comfort of new residents.
